Empty tins, cans, bottles, old dilapidated utensils, well what do these remind you of? mere trash to be disposed off or sell it to the garbage collector or just stock it back in your store room? but not for this little wonder boy from the beautiful valley of Tura,Meghalaya. Beaming with eccentric ideas and with a zest to unveil his passion he has given justice to the fact that god has gifted man with inborn talent.Where many find it difficult to imbibe the drumming skills perfectly, this prodigy has nurtured his inborn talent to the purview that besides successfully revamping trash into a mini drum kit,he has managed to play it perfectly well,so much so,that it left me completely awestruck!!
The beautiful state of,Meghalaya ornate with flaura and fauna, has always been considered as the music hub or rather the Rock capital of India since the 60′s and 70′s producing powerpacked and excellent bands like The great society of 70′s, Lou majaw and friends,Renegades,Hi fi stereo, Soulmate and many such other bands.Where many big cities and states somehow continue to be not very familiar with the concept of rock music, even though it has occupied a considerably prominent position in the field of music today,Meghalaya continues to inspire us in this aspect with music reaching the remotest of areas. This becomes more evident when we see such a young boy honing the art of playing drums. We(rik and me) tried to find the whereabouts of this kid as much as we can but excluding the place where he hails from even google didnt prove to be of any help this time.hoping that after watching the video it would inspire you guys somehow anyhow,i would like to wrap it up by just saying that it doesnt matter whether you have hi equipped technology or not, if one has that dedication and passion it is bound to come to the forefront.
P.S- I would like to thank Rik for making me aware of this kid and his skills.*wink*
